1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "5bwm," "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the 5bwm online gaming platform operated at 5bwm.vip, including all sub-pages, services, games, and related digital infrastructure.
• "Player," "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 5bwm platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a Player on the 5bwm platform, identified by a unique username or Philippine mobile number and password combination.
• "Funds" or "Balance" refers to the Philippine Peso (₱) amount deposited into or credited to a Player's 5bwm Account, including any applicable bonus credits.
• "Real Money Play" refers to any wager placed using deposited Philippine Peso funds held in a Player's Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalent value, or match deposit bonuses credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.
• "Applicable Laws" refers to all laws, regulations, executive orders, and guidelines applicable in the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to PAGCOR regulations and Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.

2 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the 5bwm platform is conditioned upon your acceptance of, and compliance with, these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the platform.

By completing the registration process on 5bwm — including checking the confirmation checkbox during sign-up — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them, as well as the 5bwm Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 5bwm. If you are using the platform on behalf of any entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and the term "you" shall refer to both you individually and that entity.

3 Eligibility

To register for and maintain an active 5bwm Account, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with the minimum age requirements applicable under Philippine gaming regulations.
2. You must be a resident of, or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services from, the Republic of the Philippines.
3. You must not be included on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other gaming regulatory authority.
4. You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or representative of 5bwm, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
5. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
6. You must not have had a previous 5bwm Account terminated for a breach of these Terms.
7. You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party when placing wagers on the platform.

5bwm reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, proof of residential address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

4 Account Registration and Management

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the 5bwm platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and email address. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update your Account details promptly should any change occur.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 5bwm Account login credentials. You agree to notify 5bwm immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of Account security. 5bwm shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your login credentials.

5bwm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account where:

• False, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is detected;
• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected;
• Account activity suggests fraudulent conduct, collusion, or match-fixing;
• Anti-money laundering or counter-terrorism financing compliance obligations require such action; or
• A competent regulatory or law enforcement authority issues a directive requiring such action.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on the 5bwm platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 5bwm does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Player.

Deposits: Players may deposit funds using any of the supported payment methods displayed in the Cashier section, currently including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, and 7-Eleven. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 5bwm does not charge deposit transaction fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. 5bwm processes verified withdrawal requests to e-wallets (GCash, Maya) typically within 15 minutes to two (2) hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. 5bwm reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds in compliance with AML obligations.

A Player may not withdraw funds from their Account unless their identity has been fully verified and, where applicable, all applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds have been met. 5bwm reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5bwm may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to these general Terms.

The following general principles apply to all 5bwm promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly provide otherwise:

1. Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless stated otherwise.
2. Bonus Funds must be wagered in full at the applicable wagering requirement multiplier before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
3. Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in each promotion's individual terms. Uncompleted bonuses will expire and be removed from the Account upon the expiry date.
4. Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate — or not at all — towards wagering requirements. The specific contribution rates are published in the game contribution schedule available in the Promotions section.
5. 5bwm reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice, except where a Player has already actively commenced meeting the wagering requirements of a specific offer.
6. Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering patterns designed to achieve low-risk completion of wagering requirements, or other bonus-abuse tactics — will have their Bonus Funds voided and their Account reviewed for suspension.

7 Gaming Rules and Bet Settlement

All games available on the 5bwm platform are governed by their respective game-specific rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager on any 5bwm game, you accept the rules applicable to that game.

For live casino games — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo — the ruling of the live dealer and the studio management is final in respect of any disputed hand or round outcome, subject only to review where a demonstrable technical error has occurred.

For sports betting markets, 5bwm reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed after an event has commenced where the bet was accepted as a result of a pricing or technical error;
• Suspend a betting market at any time for editorial or compliance reasons;
• Limit maximum stake sizes on any market or for any individual Player;
• Apply enhanced verification before paying out winnings on bets above certain values.

All wagers placed on the 5bwm platform are final and non-refundable once confirmed. Players are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections prior to confirmation. Technical malfunctions that interrupt gameplay mid-round will result in the affected stake being returned to the Player's Account Balance; completed game rounds are not subject to reversal.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 5bwm platform and constitutes material breach of these Terms:

1. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, verification, or account maintenance;
2. Opening or operating more than one Account on the 5bwm platform;
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
4. Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated betting intended to manipulate game or market outcomes;
5. Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game for financial gain;
6. Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
7. Allowing any third party to access or use your Account on your behalf;
8. Placing wagers using funds derived from illegal or fraudulent activity;
9. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 5bwm staff or other players via any communication channel.

5bwm reserves the right to take all reasonable measures upon detecting prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account funds, reporting to relevant Philippine authorities, and pursuing civil or criminal remedies as applicable.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 5bwm platform — including but not limited to the 5bwm brand name and logo, website design, software, game content, graphics, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of 5bwm or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 5bwm platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant any right to reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of 5bwm.

10 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The 5bwm platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 5bwm makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not warrant that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, defects, or security vulnerabilities at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 5bwm, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials;
• Interruptions in service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, force majeure events, or government-ordered suspension of services.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 5bwm's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

5bwm is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we have implemented the following tools to help Players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable in Account Settings;
• Loss Limits: Maximum loss amounts over defined periods, enforced automatically;
• Session Time Limits: Automatic logout after a Player-defined playing duration;
• Cool-Down Periods: Temporary access restrictions of 24 hours to 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntary suspension of Account access for periods of 30 days up to permanent exclusion.

All responsible gaming tools are accessible via Account Settings and take effect immediately upon activation. Increases to limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming effective; decreases are applied immediately.

12 Privacy and Data Protection

5bwm collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at 5bwm.vip/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the 5bwm Privacy Policy.

5bwm processes personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and providing customer support. Data is processed in accordance with applicable Philippine data protection law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

5bwm will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers acting as data processors on 5bwm's behalf, and with regulatory and law enforcement authorities where required by law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

5bwm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 5bwm will provide reasonable notice to Players via email to the registered Account address and/or via a prominent notice on the platform homepage, with at least seven (7) days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by regulatory directive or applicable law.

Your continued use of the 5bwm platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request withdrawal of any positive Account Balance in accordance with Section 5.

The current version of these Terms is always accessible at 5bwm.vip/terms-conditions. The effective date shown at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and 5bwm, the Player should first contact 5bwm Customer Support at [email protected] to seek resolution through our internal complaints procedure. 5bwm will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority, or submit the dispute to the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines, whose jurisdiction the parties irrevocably accept.
